Specialist Consultant
Emily Owen is a Specialist Consultant, supporting clients with housing, homelessness, public service reform and stakeholder engagement across Wales.
A former Deputy Leader of Conwy County Borough Council and Cabinet Member for Housing, Homelessness and Service Transformation, Emily has extensive experience of working across local government, housing, support and the third sector. She has led service transformation programmes, influenced national housing policy and is recognised for her collaborative approach to complex system change.
Emily brings clients a practical understanding of the Welsh political and policy landscape, alongside expertise in partnership working, public affairs and strategic engagement.
