Emily Owen is a Specialist Consultant at Camlas and works with us in delivering on specific client projects.
Emily Owen is also the Deputy Leader of Conwy County Borough Council, where she holds the portfolio for Housing, Homelessness, and Service Transformation. In this role, she has been instrumental in placing housing as a central strategic priority and has become a recognised political lead within the Welsh housing sector.
Emily has led and supported regional campaigns, coordinated stakeholder engagement with third-sector housing partners, and influenced national housing policy through cross-party relationships. She brings a strong campaigning background, honed through her roles in local government and as a two-time parliamentary candidate.
