Political Consultant & Deputy Head of Monitoring
Ellis Joined Camlas in February 2024 as a Political Monitoring Assistant after graduating from the University of Reading, and has since been promoted to Political Consultant.
He grew up in a small village outside of Carmarthen and studied Politics and International Relations for his undergraduate degree. His dissertation explored the recent increase in support for the Welsh independence movement by interviewing key figures associated with the movement.
Ellis’s policy interests include International Relations, the Welsh constitution, and the Welsh Language. During his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and attending gigs.
