Political Consultant
George joined Camlas in September 2024 as a Political Monitoring Assistant after completing a degree at Royal Holloway, University of London. He was promoted to Political Consultant in June 2025.
Born and raised in Cardiff, George attended Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf before moving to Surrey for three years to study Philosophy. His dissertation examined social media’s relationship with feminism, misogyny and identity through the use of classic and modern philosophical texts.
George’s policy interests include Social Care, the Welsh Language, and Education. Outside of work, he spends most of his time walking in the mountains, reading and playing tennis.
